SOIAN Integrated Acupuncture: Bridging Meridians and Muscles
SOIAN Clinic implements an integrated acupuncture system that organically combines meridian and muscular acupuncture, providing tailored treatments according to each patient's constitution, symptoms, and functional imbalances.
[Meridian Acupuncture]
This acupuncture method treats by considering the flow of meridians and internal organ functions. By modernizing the principles of Saam and constitutional acupuncture—traditional theories passed down since the Joseon Dynasty—we apply it based on the functional characteristics of each meridian and physiological responses. In particular, by utilizing the Five Su Points to regulate the functional flow starting from the organs and extending to the peripheral meridians, we aim to simultaneously address internal illnesses and various pain conditions arising from internal imbalances.
[Muscular Acupuncture]
This treatment method finds and stimulates the precise response points of muscles where tension or functional decline has occurred, based on the meridian-muscle system. Since pain and movement restriction are closely linked to muscle tension or coordination failure, selectively regulating the causative muscles is a highly efficient approach for symptom relief.
Based on accumulated clinical experience, SOIAN Clinic comprehensively analyzes meridian, constitutional, muscular, and organ functions to perform acupuncture treatments that restore both structure and function. Through this, we aim for customized acupuncture care that addresses not only pain conditions but also a wide range of functional symptoms.
